GHMC denies Naidu allegations, counters back

GHMC officials stated the reason behind putting the approval of constructing AP CM own house on pending, is due to the height issue of the building plan, but not as stated by Naidu.

It was known that, GHMC put the approval of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s house construction on hold. Regarding this, AP CM has alleged that, GHMC is linking the secretariat tax affairs to his personal house issue and denying the approval.

But to the surprise, GHMC released a statement, denying the allegations made by Chandrababu Naidu were completely inaccurate.

Explaining the reason, GHMC said, apart from a lack of height in accordance with the plan approved by the layout, there are other setback violate regulations in the application submitted by Naidu. 

Without approval, started the construction- GHMC

AP CM and son Nara Lokesh has submitted an application on 18th May, seeking approval for the construction of a residential house at Jubilee hills Housing Society survey no 120.

But without any such approval from GHMC authorities, construction of Pillars and columns was already started, alleging GHMC failure to give the permission in stipulated time, i.e.,30 days.

Raising the issue of taxes of secretariat, GHMC said that, nearly 20 crores of property tax from Andhra Pradesh government for the financial year of 2014-2015. The result is zero, however great the efforts are made by GHMC to acquire those.
