The third schedule of Assembly sessions for debate on Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Bill have started a while back. The opposition parties have issue indefinite resolutions and Speaker Nadendla Manohar rejected them. So opposition leaders surrounded the Speaker's podium and Manohar requested all the leaders to take part in debate but none of the them moved.

YSRCP also demanded voting on T-Bill and even this was declined by Speaker. With no leader moving from their place, Speaker Manohar adjourned the house for half an hour.
