Copies of the draft bill sent by the Union Home Minister to the Secretariat have reached Assembly by which time Assembly is adjourned till Monday.

The Secretariat Officials handed over the copies of the draft bill on state bifurcation to the Assembly Secretary Sadaram.

In the meanwhile MLAs of some political parties have issued notices to the Chief Secretary in which it is mentioned that the CS is not sending the bill to the Assembly which was sent by the President for its passing in the Assembly.  TRS, TDP, CPI, BJP and CPM issued the notices to the Chief Secretary for the violaton.
