All orders were issued as per rules: Kanna

Minister Kanna Lakshmaiah today clarified his stand at Hyderabad after the meeting of Ministers who received notices from the court, regarding the controversy GOs case. He said that under such circumstances nobody would ever step in for a minister-ship. He said the notice was just a preliminary step and they planned to counter the issue by taking legal aids. He said that all the issues were very dealt as per rules and affirmed that there were no discrepancies. He also said that if the decisions were incorrect then none of the ministers would have survived in the ministry till date.

The ministers met after the assembly over the issue. After weighing the pros and cons of the developments, they decided to file their counters on the notices. They decided to file individual counters in the issue. The meet that took place today and had the participation of all the six ministers who received the notices from the Supreme Court of India.  

The ministers include P. Sabita Indra Reddy (home), J. Geeta Reddy (major industries), Dharmana Prasada Rao (panchayati raj), Ponnala Lakshmaiah (information technology), Kanna Lakshminarayana (agriculture) and Mopidevi Venkatramna (excise). The ministers  were holding key positions in the then YS Rajasekhar Reddy Government between 2004-2009. (With inputs from internet-AW AarKay)
