Congress MLA Kunja Satyavati's recent statements on Rayala Telangana has stirred up a controversy in the state. Several leaders from different political parties are reacting vehemently on the statement. First it was TJAC convener who came out with the statement that such an idea would not be welcomed and now it's TDP Telangana Forum, which made it to the news for opposing Rayala Telangana. The forum members have said that they would stage protests if a statement on Rayala Telangana comes out.

Meanwhile, the chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy said the high command is not going to make any statement on Telangana in near future. On the other hand, Congress MPs from Telangana urged public representatives to vote for Pranab Mukherjee stating that Telangana would be formed soon if Pranab becomes the president

Whether such idea is really existing or not, MLAs Satyavati's statements gave enough scope for political leader to hit headlines and pitch their voice yet another time on bifurcation. And especially, when Presidential election is round the corner, such statement by Badrachalam Congress MLA is most likely to affect the vote bank of Pranab Mukherjee in Andhra Pradesh.
