The Andhra Pradesh chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy has paid tributes to late prime minister PV Narasimha Rao on his 91st birth anniversary. Chief minister hailed PV Narasimha Rao and stated that the government cannot forget the yeoman services of freedom fighter PV Narasimha Rao as the prime minister, finance minister and the state chief minister.  He has alsos said that PV Narasimha Rao has etched his name as a Gandhian and father of economic reforms. It is known that liberation policies were introduced by PV Narasimha Rao and the credit of cable television entering India too goes to late PV Narasimha Rao.
