The CBI Court in Hyderabad has rejected the petition of ex judge Pattibhiram to treat him as a special category prisoner. It may be noted that he was arrested for alleged cash he took for granting the bail to one of the accused, Gali Janardhan Reddy. Retired judge Chalapati Rao and son of Pattabhirama Rao were also sent to five day judicial custody in connection with the same case.
