YS Jagan files counter petition in CBI Court on bail cancellation:- YSRCP MP and fire brand leader Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju filed a case recently in the CBI Court about the bail cancellation of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy. The case came for hearing today in the CBI Court. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy filed a 98-page counter on the case. The counter said that YS Jagan never violated any of the bail conditions and followed the instructions of the court without fail. YS Jagan's argument said that he never influenced CBI or the other people related to the case. YS Jagan's statement told that CBI is a part of the Central Home Ministry and Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju has nothing to do with the case.
YS Jagan's lawyers reminded the rule passed by the Supreme Court that no third party should interfere in such cases. YS Jagan's lawyers said that the language used by Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju was objectionable and he was accused in Rs 900 crores bank fraud case that is under investigation by the CBI. The lawyers said that Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju was into anti-party activities and a letter was sent to the Speaker to disqualify Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju. YS Jagan's counsel said that Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju is quite selfish and is using the court for his personal benefits. The CBI Court asked YS Jagan to file a counter-petition in the past and the deadline was imposed on June 1st. YS Jagan's counsel filed the counter petition today. The further hearing in this case is postponed for June 14th.
