Babri Masjid Demolition Case: All Accused Acquitted:- The entire nation was waiting for the verdict by the Special CBI Court in the pending Babri masjid demolition case. Special CBI judge Surendra Kumar Yadav delivered the verdict 28 years after the structure got demolished by a mob in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. Former Deputy Minister LK Advani, former ministers Murali Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti have named as the key accused in the case along with former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh are the key accused in the case. All the 32 accused attended the court through a video conference. All the accused have been announced acquitted in the case by the special CBI court.
The Central Bureau of Investigation produced 351 witnesses and 600 documents as evidence in the special court. The court framed charges against 49 accused and 17 among them passed away over these years. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath welcomed the CBI special court verdict. Shiv Sena leader Satish Pradhan, one of the 32 accused expressed his happiness over the verdict. Iqbal Ansari, the petitioner in the Babri title case said that it is good to hear the verdict and glad that it is completed finally. He told the reporters that Hindus and Muslims of Ayodhya lived in peace as always. He expressed that there would be no fresh trouble in the city.
Special CBI judge Surendra Kumar Yadav did not admit the videos that are produced by the Central Bureau of Investigation. Yadav also did not admit the photographs that are submitted. The hearing lasted for ten minutes and the judge said that the CBI could not establish charges against the accused.
