YS Jagan Cases Hearing Pushed to October 12th by CBI Court

YS Jagan Cases Hearing Pushed to October 12th by CBI Court:- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy who has been attending the special CBI Court in Nampally every Friday wanted an exemption from the personal presence and the court agreed to the request. The Supreme Court announced that the courts should complete the cases of leaders and politicians in a quick trial process. The Andhra Pradesh High Court asked the CBI to investigate the case at the earliest. The CBI Court announced that the next hearing about this would take place on October 12th. The lawyers of YS Jagan wanted the case to be argued or conducted through video conference considering the coronavirus pandemic.

They requested the court that they would be ready for the investigation and the trial. There are four charge sheets on YS Jagan and the cases are currently pending in the CBI court. The court said that all the four cases which are under stay will be heard again on November 9th. The other cases would come for hearing on October 12th. YS Jagan will not attend in person before the court. The special CBI Court would ask him to attend during the crucial arguments. YS Jagan has been facing charges of money laundering and charges of corruption when his father late Dr YS Rajasekhar Reddy was the Chief Minister of the state.
