President Smt Pratibha Patil will arrive in Hyderabad on Dec 25 for her 11-day winter sojourn, according to a press release issued by the state government today.
She will have her retreat till Jan 4 at the Rashtrapathi Nilayam at Bolarum in Secunderabad. The press release said the President will arrive at the Begumpet Airport by a special IAF plane on Dec 25 morning and leave for Delhi by the evening of Jan 4.
During her 11-day retreat, the President will pay a one day visit to the Indian Space Research Centre at Srihari Kota near Sullurpet in the Nellore district and acquaint herself with the ISRO’s latest projects on space research. (JUBS)
