Special judge of the CBI Court at Nampally in Hyderabad, Mr Nagamaruthi Sarma, today adjourned his decision till tomorrow on the CBI petition that sought further custody of mining mafia czar Gali Janardhan reddy and his brother-in-law Mr Srinivasa reddy.
Both of them are now in Chanchalguda jail after their arrests by the CBI in the illegal mining case registered against them.
The court adjourned its decision as the lawyers of the arrested duo sought more time for filing their counter. The judge also directed the defense lawyers to put forward their arguments, if any, as he can’t afford to grant more time on the bail petitions.
