CPI politburo member and national secretary Mr AB Bardhan today appealed to the Centre to solve the Telangana imbroglio immediately.

Addressing national media in Delhi, Mr Bardhan said that the mass general strike by the Telangana people has totally crippled administration in the Telangana region and people have been facing the brunt and suffering heavily due to the strike.

“The Centre is showing the signs of paralysis on the Telangana issue and the Government’s inaction has totally destroyed the peace in the state. I therefore call upon the Government to act quickly and take a decision to solve the issue. It is better late than never,” he said in his appeal to the government.

He said that normal life has been severely and adversely affected because of the all people’s strike and it should be viewed seriously.
