T cong MPs, MLAs collect resignations

T cong MPs  MLAs start collecting resignations Telangana congress leaders, disenchanted by the response of the Home Minister P. Chidambaram and Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee towards their demand for the formation of separate state of Telangana, today went a step ahead to put more pressure on the party and the government.
 
Congress MPs, Ministers, MLAs and MLCs of the T region today started collecting their resignations after a meeting at the residence of MP Mr Komatireddy Rajagopal reddy where they discussed the issue seriously.
 
While Minister K. Jana reddy is collecting the resignations of Ministers, MLAs and MLCs, MP Mr Ponnam Prabhakar is collecting the signatures of MPs. Reports said that 22 MLAs, 6 ministers, 12 MLCs and 6 MPs have already handed over the resignation letters to their leaders asking them to submit the same to the Speakers of the Assembly and Lok Sabha and Legislative Council Chairman on July 1 if the Centre doesn’t announce Telangana by June 30.
