Botsa's Delhi itinerary:  There is always a tussle for power in Congress more than any other party. The reason being that the other parties glow in the traditional political setup rallying behind a clan. But in Congress the local party banks on the collective brand equities of individual leaders across the party. Hence in Congress there are more leaders than in any other parties and lesser followers when compared to the others. This was the strength of the party that has survived for years since independence. But the other parties have no scope of survival if the ruling clan are troubled.

Under these circumstances our Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, initially operated the state with remote controls from Delhi. To this day he cannot wish a happy morning without a faintest doubt of his sustenance till the day ends. And now in this league is the PCC Chief Botsa Sathyanarayana. He has attracted a considerable ire from the other side, after his participation in the Rajahmundry meet of unified state leaders.

Anyways, he is right now in Delhi trying to appease the Omni potent of the party. But as per records, the chief is to highlight the demands of the public from the T region (sort of a patch up). While addressing the lens men at the national capital, the leader informed that Congress was keenly bent upon finding an amicable on T. He added that Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi shall discuss at length on the issue during the 15, 16 PCC -CLP meet.

Political clout is the master key at TTD: Anything can be done on the seven hills with political clouts, is a general feeling among many devotees. As we stand in queues the VVIPS zoom past us and pay their respects to the Lord in much longer duration. On the other hand, we slog and reach the shrine only to be carefully pushed through by the volunteers. The whole strenuous journey culminates with just a fraction of  a second darshan of the Lord. Even this is a general experience of all common persons like you and me.

Not only with darshan, even laddus, sevas and what not, every lock at Tirumala can be opened by the 'master key' political clout. And the recent incident is no strange one. Against the rules, for Minister Viswaroop's son's wedding  temporary structures are erected outside a VVIP guest house. The wedding is scheduled on 14 & 15 of this month. It is true that 13, 14 and 15 are big time for marriages and nearly one lakh ceremonies held across the state. Probably even Tirupati is completely occupied and the minister used his good offices to get things done. However it is against the rules of TTD to put up a structure in the common area. While the works are moving abreast, the authorities are silent or unavailable for comments!

Unified Andhra meet on March 2: T state issue this time seems to boil on the other side of the state. The Unified AP Committee (Samaykya Andhra Samrakshana Samithi) plans to organise a massive meet beside the NRI hospital on the Guntur-Vijayawada highway, on March 02 between 10 am to 5 pm.  The committee's Guntur district President Shaik Jaleel on Monday released a press note in this regards.

Nearly 117 MLAs demanding unified state, would participate in this meet which would have students from almost ten universities. Apart from them Joint Action Committee representatives of the students, women, employees, lawyers, minorities and many more would also participate. The committee welcomes people with similar ideology to participate and make the event a grand success.

The sole ideology of the mammoth meet is to make the demands of the other side heard to the center. Things are heating up at a rapid pace on both the sides and with March approaching fast, parents of students are worried over the outcomes of these meets. And pray that it should not affect the future of the state students.
