Even the fear of getting death penalty is not causing any significant decrease in the rape menace that is causing havoc throughout the country. While the protests are still going on over the Delhi gangrape case, in an another shocking incident an eight year old girl was allegedly gangraped and murdered in Bihar.

The minor girl with injury marks all over her body found dead near a canal on Tuesday in Belbara Village which comes under the jurisdiction of  Simri Bhakhtiarpur police station. Judging by the marks Police suspects that it is a case of rape and murder. No arrests have been made so far. The body has been sent for autopsy.
