Offended, Gadkari seeks court's interference

Congress Senior leader Digvijaya Singh earlier had slandered the BJP leaders with his reviews to which the president of BJP had reacted seeking an apology. The congress leader has not retracted his comments and challenged to see Gadkari in court to solve the issues. Today the president of BJP, Nitin Gadkari had formally taken the issue to the court with his complaint against Singh.

Earlier Mr Singh said that the leaders like Ajay Sancheti, a member of the MP and an aide of Gadkari was one of the entrepreneurs who had been unjustly benefitted in the coal allocation scam blaming BJP for it.

“ Mr Sancheti was given a sweetheart deal for a coal mine in Madhya Pradesh, where the BJP is in power, on account of his close links to the party's chief”, he said.

However, Sancheti and BJP have both refused all the charges.
BJP supremo, Gadkari, mentioned in his legal notice that the slander was completely concocted, defamatory, scandalous and un-parliamentary.

When asked if he would apologise, Mr Singh had said "Main kabhi maafi nahin maangta  (I never say I am sorry)."
This brings us to the formal complaint in a Delhi court today. Are the leaders squandering public money in their ego issues?
