JK Rowling to build Hogwarts style tree houses

J K Rowling had to fight the local residents who complained against her building two luxury tree houses for her kids at her mansion in Edinburgh.

She had applied to be permitted to build the magnificent 250,000 pound mega structures while renovating her house.

Though an exciting news for all others, her neighbors had objected to such constructions at her houses and she had to "draw her wands" to counter their objections last month. They have now given her the green signal for the constructions, according to the Daily Express.

The author of the world famous series of books, Harry Potter which was completely made into 8 feature films which were nominated to the Academy Awards too, lives with her husband and three kids.

The renovation with the tree houses would allow nine-year-old son and seven-year-old daughter to own a two-storey house, almost 40ft high, with secret tunnels and bay windows.  Two years ago Rowling who is now 46 had bought the mansion constructed in 17th century for two million pounds. The mansion has 33 rooms.
