The Patiala hospital laboratory could not evaluate the heart samples that it received to establish a reason for the heart failure that she suffered due to the highly decomposed state of the samples. This further shrouds Fiza, aka Anuradha Bali's death in mystery. The hospital had also said that they may have to repeat the tests.
The decomposed samples would be sent to the chemical analysis of a government laboratory near Mohali where further testing would be done.

On Sunday, more people were questioned by the police to learn about the medical bill that was found in Fiza's vehicle that was found abandoned in Jaron Road, Ambala city. The bill was issued by a chemist from the Government Medical College and Hospital in sector 32 of Chandigarh. The vehicle had also had a High Court parking ticket sticker which was partially damaged.

The Scorpio jeep had no rear number plate, broken headlights, and a punctured rear tire. Who had left it abandoned is not known yet. The owner of the car, an advocate of SHO, had lent his car to Fiza but had not received it back following which he proceeded to lodge a complaint.

Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Chandermohan's espoused 39 year old wife Fiza was spotted dead in her flat on August 6.
