If you seen bizarre things in your life, think again. A resident of Washington had received a package after ordering a TV set from Amazon.com but it had come not with a TV but with an Assault Rifle. Is that a good bargain? Probably, not because the recipient had freaked out and called the cops for assistance.

The police who had no idea how it could have happened from apparently the best ever online marketing website in the world.

After receiving the military weapon SIG Sauer SIG716 at his apartment door, he had immediately notified the police after being confused and scared for a while. "They were a little confused at first. They've never seen anything quite like it," he said talking about the police he informed.

The police however had taken the possession of the weapon since it cannot be kept with the person and also cannot be returned since its unlawful to carry it in a car.

Horvitz,  had ordered a flat screen TV from a third party retailer through Amazon.com. Later it was understood from the invoice in the box that the item was delivered due to a wrong address on the box. A Pennsylvania gun shop had ordered the gun originally.

SIG Sauer is an assault carbine rifle of a long range that can cause damages that are tremendous. After two events of public shootings in the nation recently, the issue is being considered seriously and investigated.
