Anna Hazare's team has said that they would call off their fast on Friday at 5 pm and said that people need a political alternative. Anna Hazare said he would travel the length and breadth of the country for the next two years and said they would plunge into politics. However, Arvind Kejriwal, the man who has been fasting for more than a week has said that he would not join politics. So, his statements were like he would become a king maker, said political observers.

Anna Hazare has also stressed on the need of decentralization of power. Further he said things, which were not changed for the past 65 years would be changed in next three years. He opined, people have to send right people to the parliament who don't change once they are elected.

Moments before Anna made these statements, Arvind Kejriwal lashed out at the government and said the government was deaf and mute. He has also said that all political parties were corrupt. Stressing on the motive of their movement, Kejriwal has said that their movement was for the change of the system and not for the change of the government.  And at last he said 90 per cent of people wanted Anna Hazare to end the fast and therefore Anna Hazare and his team members are going to end fast on Friday.
