A major fire broke out at Finance Ministry’s North Block office in the week hours of Thursday. The huge flames reportedly reduced several crucial files to ashes. Although six fire brigades were pressed into action at around 6 AM, room number 14 and 15 were completely gutted. The officials are yet to ascertain the reasons behind the accident.
