In Haryana Karnal district, A 6-years-old kindergarten student named as Pankaj was died in a hospital on Febraury 19 Sunday night where the boy was traumatized one and half month back by his kindergarten teacher for not doing his home work as the teacher locked the boy in the dark room where the boy was died due to severe mental and also with physical pain.The police said on Tuesday Frebraury 21 subsequently receiving a complaint from the boy's family.

The 6 years-old boy Pankaj who is a LKG student, was died on Sunday last night at the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences where he was admitted for the treatment.

Well in a complaint from victims family to the Karnal police, That the boy was distressed by the punishment which was given by his teacher at the Rajkul government school.

On December 27 the teacher had purportedly punished the boy by locking him inside a dark room of the school for not doing his homework.After the school got over, the teacher left the campus and the boy was found unconscious by his elder brother who came looking for him inside the locked room.

Suffering from trauma, the boy stopped eating properly and soon fell ill. He was taken to hospital and later brought to PGIMS Rohtak where he died on Sunday, family members said.

"We are seeking action against the teacher and school authorities. How can a small boy be treated like this simply for not doing his homework," asked Dilbagh Singh, a relative.
