A helicopter, carrying the Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu, has gone missing after it took off from Tawang at 9.50 this morning.

Arunachal MP Takam Sanjay told media persons in Itanagar that the helicopter lost contact with the ground staff shortly after the 4-seater chopper crossed Tezpur airbase in Assam.

Sanjay further said that the authorities have sought help of the Defence officials and the civil aviation department in finding out the chopper.
