Smile when you wake up in the morning. It's a great way to start your day. Life is full of worries, there is no point letting problems weigh you down. Most people ask the question, how do I smile when there is so much to worry. The simple answer is force yourself to smile. Everytime you have a grin on your face, your brain releases serotonin, the hormone that brings happiness or makes you happy. So when you force yourself to smile, you become happy due to serotonin.
Infact, some people force themselves to smile in the morning, so that they get into a great mood for the rest of the day. Unfortutunately as we grow older we forget about the power of this great tool when we feel the need for happiness all the more. Remember happiness definitely leads to smiles, but your smile can also lead to happiness.
