Everyone will have their own dreams, but destiny pulls them to other destinations. Likewise, ace director SS Rajamouli wanted to become a hero, when he was young. The director revealed the same at trailer launch of his cousin SS Kanchi's directorial movie ‘Show Time’.
Rajamouli while speaking at the trailer launch said "When I was young, I dreamed to become a film hero. I even used to pray god for my dream to come true. When I revealed my biggest wish to my brother Kanchi, I thought he would scold me. But, he advised me to go Chennai to test my luck in films. That's how I went Chennai. So, my brother is my guiding force.” If Rajamouli had tried to become a hero, Indian Cinema would definitely have missed a great director.
Rajamouli's family is full of technicians- his dad Vijayendra Prasad is a top writer and also a director, his cousin MM Keeravani is a prominent music director, his other cousins MM Srilekha and Kalyan Koduri are also composers. Now, Kanchi who provided story for Maryada Ramanna is making his directorial debut with Show Time.
The movie ‘Show Time’ has Randheer Reddy and Ruksaar Mir playing lead roles. Sudhir is producing it. With Rajamouli and other family members backing it, the film is sure to get hype.
