Nara Lokesh accuses Jagan for making Andhra Into 'Ganja Hub':- At a public gathering in Palasa, Srikakulam district, Nara Lokesh of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) launched a scathing attack on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his administration. Lokesh accused Reddy of transforming north Andhra into a center for illegal drug trade, privatizing Visakhapatnam's steel plant, scrapping welfare programs, and neglecting unfinished projects. He also criticized local MLA and minister Seediri Appalaraju for his lack of efforts in developing the Palasa constituency.
Lokesh confidently declared that the TDP, in partnership with Jana Sena, would regain power in the upcoming elections and fulfill the desires of the people. He pledged to generate 2 million employment opportunities, provide a monthly unemployment allowance of Rs 3,000, offer Rs 15,000 to each student, grant Rs 20,000 to every farmer, and distribute three free gas cylinders per household annually. Additionally, Lokesh vowed to revive the sugar factories, acquire the steel plant, and promptly conduct DSC exams once the TDP assumed power. He criticized Jagan for disregarding Visakhapatnam and playing with the sentiments of the people by proposing the establishment of three capitals. Lokesh also expressed admiration for the martyrs who fought for the rights of the Andhra people and the honor of the Srikakulam district.
He expressed his deep affection and indebtedness towards North Andhra, likening it to a nurturing mother. He urged the citizens to support the TDP and Jana Sena candidates, thereby reinstating N Chandrababu Naidu as the chief minister. The upcoming Assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh are scheduled for April-May this year.
