Never skip your breakfast despite being busy. Skipping breakfast is the most unhealthy practise. Prolonged fasting can slow down your metabolism and this leads to weight gain and infections.
Cut down your fatty foods. Introduce more roughage for your diet and add fruits, vegetables. Prefer home-cooked foods rather than junk and oily foods.
It is good to cut down your alcohol intake and quit smoking. If you are a social drinker, take up fewer pegs in parties and never drink like there is no tomorrow.
Most of the issues should be resolved through talks and never indulge in fights. Never throw punches in a bar and land yourself in trouble. Never involve in new relationships as you are no longer in your 20s.
Never deal with issues over text and take up phone calls. A study published in the Journal of Couple and Relationship Therapy says that men who text their partner many times in a day has lower relationship quality. Texting causes to miss the emotional reactions.
Speeding, reckless behaviour and drunk driving should be strictly avoided. Take a bus if you are out of control.
