With a lot of videos available on cooking some good food, most of them are testing their hands-on cooking. A bowl of warm, fresh noodles will make a great meal for the day. Instead of searching for a Chinese restaurant, it is easy to cook noodles and other Chinese dishes at home. Here is the process to make Chicken Hakka Noodles:
250 grams of egg noodles
half cup onion
2 tablespoons of carrot
4 tablespoons of cabbage
1 tablespoon of garlic
1 tablespoon of spring onion whites
2 tablespoons of capsicum
2 teaspoons of soya sauce
2 teaspoons of green chilli sauce
1 teaspoon of red chilli sauce
1 teaspoon on vinegar
black pepper and salt as per the requirement
Boil the chicken for 15 minutes on a medium flame and shred it into slices through a fork. Boil water in a pot and add salt to it. Then add the noodles and let it cook for two minutes or for 80 percent. Add some oil and garlic to the pan. Then add onions, green chilies and the white portions of the spring onions. Roast them in the pan for a minute. Add all the other vegetables and stir them nicely. Add the sauces and the boiled chicken, mix them together. Add your boiled Hakka egg noodles and season them with salt and pepper.
Remember not to overcook the noodles and they may turn soggy. Add oil to the noodles after you strain them. Add vinegar once everything is cooked and them turn the flame off.
