The Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, has placed 300 students in nearly 4 days and recorded a 100 percent placement this year. The Xavier is one of the top B-schools in the country and this year about 321 offers were made to a batch of 300 students and all this happened in a span of just 3.5 days. Delighted by the performance of the students, the institute released a press statement which said all.

The minimum salary offered for a student is Rs 12 lakhs per annum and the average is Rs 17 lakhs. About 108 companies including 45 new recruiters arrived in the campus for hiring students. This year Finance and Consulting domains demanded the most while Human Resource program got the highest package. Consulting, FMCG, general management and other sectors also hired students in large number.

This is a record and history among the Xavier School of Management institutes across the country.
