The Telangana Congress party has walked out of the Assembly. Congress party is not happy with the farm loan waiver stats provided by the Telangana government and criticised the ruling TRS party for failing to accomplish their election promise. In protest the party walked out of the Assembly.

Speaking on the issue, Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao said, the government has waived Rs 17,000 crores farm loans and this is a bold decision by any government. He also added that Reserve Bank of India is against waiving of farm loans but despite all odds, the government is moving ahead in this.
