Chikoti Praveen arrested in Thailand for Gambling:- A high-profile casino organizer Chikoti Praveen arrested in Chonburi, Thailand at a luxury hotel, when police conducted raids. Police seized 25 sets of cards, 20.92 Cr gambling chips, three blackjack tables, 92 mobile phones, ipads, CCTV cameras and three computers in raids.

Chikoti Praveen is one among 80 members of Indians arrested in Thailand in a total of 93 arrests. BRS leader from Telangana, Medak district Chitti Devender Reddy was also one among the arrested people. Chikoti Praveen is a money spinner in Andhra Pradesh and known for organizing cock-fights. Chikoti is already facing a FEMA probe by ED (Enforcement Directorate) for foreign exchange violations and for his casino business between India and Nepal.

Chikoti Praveen has converted the hotel’s convention hall into a casino, where gamblers from both the Telugu states fly to Thailand. As per Chonburi Police, All the equipment used including chips was shipped from India. There was a live-streaming session from the casino for gamblers in Hyderabad.

Chikoti and Madhav Reddy with the help of Sitranan Kaewlor organized a gambling trip for Indian tourists. Each tourist was charged 50,000 bhat, which includes all the expenses like flights, food, hotel and local transportation.
