Why did BRS Suspend two Rebel MLAs?:- Telangana state was left in shock after the leading BRS party was out with an aggressive move of suspending two active leaders of Telangana: Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Jupally Krishna Rao. This is a surprising move from the party before Telangana is heading for Assembly elections this year. Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy is the former Lok Sabha MP of Khammam while Jupally Krishna Rao is the former minister of the state. Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Jupally Krishna Rao are suspended with immediate effect from the party as per the orders of the BRS Chief and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. BRS did not reveal the real reasons behind the move but the party clearly hints that it would act tough against the leaders which are involved in dissident activities and are not disciplined.

The party is not bothered about their political journey and association with the party. Even the seniors would not be spared told the party leadership. KCR sends a strong message with the suspension of Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Jupally Krishna Rao. It is heard that they have been revolting against the party from the few years and KCR felt that this is the right time to take an action and bring a discipline in the circles of BRS. There are talks that Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Jupally Krishna Rao have been vocal in the oppositon about the party. Close sources of BRS told that Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Jupally Krishna Rao have been unsuccessful after several attempts.
