YS Jagan's Flight Service Bills turn up political heat in AP:- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy took a dig on TDP Chief and ex-Chief Minister N Chandra Babu Naidu for the expenses spent for air travel when he was the Chief Minister of the state. He criticized that Chandra Babu wasted people's money and spent lavishly on foreign tours and was not focused on the people's problems. Now the discussion is on about the flight service bills of YS Jagan from the past 18 months. The Andhra Pradesh Aviation Corporation released that Rs 26 crores are spent by the AP Government for the special chartered plane along with the helicopter services for Chief Minister YS Jagan during the period June 2019 and November 2020.
This turned out to be a topic of discussion across the political circles. The opposition leaders took a dig on the AP government for spending huge amounts. The government of Andhra Pradesh released Rs 26 crores or the expenses. The additional expenses are said to be Rs 1.5 crores per month. Chandra Babu Naidu is said to have taken 38 foreign trips and signed 16 MoUs. Chandra Babu cited security threats as the reason and traveled through special flights. Now YS Jagan too has been spending exorbitantly for the same. The state is currently in huge financial crisis but the expenses of the leaders have been topping the skies.
