This created a huge stir across the state and LV Subrahmanyam 's removal turned out to the topic. Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Neerab Kumar Prasad was asked to take the additional charge of the post in the state.

LV Subrahmanyam before this issued a show cause notice to Mr Prakash for circulating the files to the cabinet without keeping him in the loop. This did not go well with the AP Government after which LV Subrahmanyam was removed.
