West Bengal Intensifies After Attacks on BJP:- A cold war between Trinamool Congress and BJP altered the situations in West Bengal. The turf between Narendra Modi and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee reached new level after a BJP worker got killed today. BJP organized a march to Kolkata Police Headquarters in the state's capital. BJP alleged that Trinamool Congress attacked and killed several workers of the party. Police deployed in huge numbers after BJP announced a protest in public place.
BJP started the rally at 12 noon from Mullick Square and were marching towards Lalbazar, reached Bepin Behari Ganguly Street. The cops initiated charge and used water cannons, tear gas against the protestors of BJP. Over one lakh supporters of BJP participated in the protest. Tight security has been imposed across the capital to prevent an unexpected incident to take place. Barricades have been put up at all the important junctions to prevent the protestors reach sensitive places. One BJP worker passed away in this incident.
