Telangana’s Little Toddler Slips Beyond 200 Feet?:- The terrifying incident which occurred on June 22, where a 18-month toddler fell into the dried-up borewell has now slipped beyond 200 feet.
According to the rescue workers, which included personnel from NDRF, ONGC, district firefighters and police, the cameras which were sent down to 200 feet were not able to locate her.
The State Minister Mahender Reddy said, “Every effort is being made to bring the girl alive to the surface.” Moreover, the District Collector Raghunandan Rao is also coordinating the rescue operations. The Telangana State CM K. Chandrasekhar Rao is said to be monitoring the rescue efforts.
It may be recalled that the toddler, identified as Meena fell into a abandoned borewell on Thursday in Ikkareddyguda near Chevella in Ranga Reddy district. The rescue efforts which began on Thursday night are continuing when reports last came in.
