Rajinikanth returning back to the sets of Annaatthe:- Superstar Rajinikanth announced that he would never take up the political path and shelved his plans to join politics and about floating his own party. He is shooting for Rajinikanth in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad and fell sick in December. The shoot of the film was put on hold and the film's release was pushed from summer to Diwali this year. Rajinikanth is on a break and is taking a rest in Chennai for the past couple of months.

The actor announced that he would return back to the sets of Rajinikanth and the next schedule of the film is planned from March 15th. Annaatthe is directed by Shiva and Rajinikanth, Khusbhu, Meena, Keerthy Suresh and Nayanthara are playing the lead roles. Almost 70 percent of the shoot is completed and the pending shoot will be completed in two back to back schedules. Sun Pictures are the producers of Rajinikanth and the film is gearing up for November 4th release this year in Tamil and Telugu languages.
