Finally the RTC strike was dropped as the salary hike was given to the employees by the dual state governments. But it seems to be like KCR had again tried to get his identity among the people by announcing 1 percent hike more than the AP government.

It is known that AP government has agreed to 43 percent of salary hike to the RTC employees. Putting a step further, Telangana government has announced a 44 percent hike. Seriously, this is not even expected by the employee unions itself and are happy about KCR's decision. But, what is the KCR strategy behind announcing more than the hike demanded? Is it to target AP CM Naidu? Or for any other reason? Lets make a short analysis on this.

It was known that previously when KCR had announced a 43 % hike to government employees, Naidu had to follow it, as he is left with no other choice. So without knowing, KCR has put Naidu in trouble.

Now, in the RTC employee salary hike issue, as the employees demanded the same 43 percent hike, though it is a burden for Naidu, he had to announce the hike as the situations started turning worse. After that announcement, the shocking 44% hike came into picture from the Telangana government.

By this announcement, it can be analyzed that KCR has announced it just to counter Naidu. He might have thought that his decision would make the dual state people to analyze the difference between Naidu and him. With this, he might even get a good popularity in Andhra too, and maybe that might help him for his political growth in that state also.
