States and transports separated, whats next ?

Andhra Pradesh is bifurcated into two as Telangana and Andhra. Now in a step by step process, all the other departments also are slowly getting separated.

Intermediate board was already bifurcated and all the activities like conducting exams, declaring results are done separately.

With the recent decision, the RTC was also separated, entry tax for the AP vehicles by Telangana and viceversa is also made.

Now the issue is what else can be separated for the benefit of both the states ?, firstly, there is a huge unemployment problem in both the states. To tackle this, an equal proportion of both the state residents are to be given importance. The government should compel the private companies to give employment opportunities equally to both the state people. This might not be a problem as we are anyway accustomed to the concept “Reservation”. This clause can be added in that section too.

From equal, the proportion should be increased in a systematic order and because of this, not enough opportunities will be left with other state people and slowly they start moving back to their states. If an Andhra candidate is supposed to leave the Telangana state, the government in Andhra will anyway be able to provide him an employment as the same proportion is anyway be carried on by that state too.

In this process, first of all there would not be any controversies and more over they are able to work in their home state. So no regrets too.
