Vidya Balan's hit movie Kahani remake by Sekhar Kammula titled "Anamika" for Telugu is underway.  Some scenes were shot at old city of Hyderabad without much publicity.  

The comments of Sekhar Kammula, whose movies brought a new trend in film making, show his dissatisfaction with the film industry.   He says that to hit success in the film industry, one has to either make a movie with a budget over 40 crores or a ‘boothu’ movie with a 5D camera.  A compromise between these two will not stand anywhere.  

After Anamika, as his comments indicate, he has three choices.  One- He should go to a producer who will pump 40 crores or above to make a movie in Sekhar Kammula style.  Two- He should make a ‘boothu’ film.  And three- that is easier than the first two is to retire from directing the films.  

Sekhar Kammula seems to opt for the third and easy choice as the note in his comments on the present trend of the film making and audience acceptance.
