The leading job portal, Monster.com has reported the slow growth of hiring is going to be noticed from September this year. Monster.com, the leading recruiting portal, has reportedly noticed the slowdown in the Indian industry besides high inflationary pressures. On noticing these changes, Monster.com managing director of India, middle east and southeast Asia, has told the media persons on Sunday that there was caution creeping amongst companies in India when it comes to hiring candidates.

Although, these new report by Monster.com reportedly worried the freshers, the experts said that there was nothing to worry as slow down was pertinent to Indian industry, there are n number of multi national companies, which even recruited people during the time of global recession.

Now that Monster.com has forecast the recruiting, one has to wait and watch whether another recruiting Naukri.com would endorse or counter these statements.
