CBI Issues Fresh Summons To Avinash Reddy:- Immediately after the arrest of YS Bhaskar Reddy, CBI summoned fresh notices to Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy on Sunday asking him to attend an inquiry at the CBI office on Monday in Hyderabad related to YS Vivekananda Reddy's murder case. Avinash should present before the CBI office in Koti at 3 PM today. With the arrest of Bhaskar Reddy and notices to Avinash Reddy, tension has prevailed in YSRCP in Andhra Pradesh.

Avinash Reddy was questioned twice by CBI before and the fresh notices regarding the same have created tension. According to the statement filed by CBI, Avinash Reddy is the prime suspect. He rushed to Pulivendala from Hyderabad after Bhaskar Reddy's arrest. YSRCP activists are conducting peace protests in Kadapa, Proddaturu, Rajampeta and many other places protesting the arrest of YS Bhaskar Reddy. The council is expected to file a counter over the arrest today.

Addressing the issue, Avinash Reddy said that they will prove their innocence and honesty in front of the court of law. Avinash approached the court for anticipatory bail earlier and turned back after the change in CBI director. But the new director-in-chief is moving faster and arresting the suspects. Avinash criticized the local police for not questioning Narreddy Rajasekhar Reddy, son-in-law of later YS Vivekananda Reddt, who was aware of the murder almost an hour before he came to know about the incident.
