Centre Issues Warning to Several States to Avoid Communal Tension:- The Centre stepped out with a historic decision and announced that Jammu and Kashmir would be a union territory. The Centre after this issued alter advisories to all the states to be alert to avoid communal tension across the states. Several states are kept on high alert considering the situations and with Independence Day nearing. Special forces have been deployed and public places are closely monitored. To control the situations in Jammu and Kashmir, 144 section got imposed and schools, colleges got shut. Internet facilities are suspended in the state.
Delhi Metro has been kept on high alert after they received an advice by security agencies. Telangana Government got alerted and special forces have been asked to take charge and monitor the sensitive places in the state. On the other side, rains lashed states like Maharashtra, Assam and Andhra Pradesh. Rescue operations are underway and Union Home Minister Amit Shah is closely monitoring the updates of each and every state personally. A cabinet meeting is planned to discuss about the situations across Jammu and Kashmir along with other states.
