It seems YSRCP is serious about contesting in the upcoming Warangal bypolls.
In the beginning, when YSRCP thought of contesting in the bypolls, there are several speculations in the public, stating that, YSRCP could not do well, as the Telangana people are completely against YSRCP, after the formation of the separate state.
On the other hand, the close sources of the opposition party TDP said that, YSRCP is contesting only to split the votes in TDP-BJP combine and thus favor the TRS party. In fact, no one can deny that statement.
A lot of people in Warangal, are benefited through the public welfare schemes of YS Rajashekar Reddy, the then Chief Minister of the united Andhra Pradesh. So if YSRCP seriously concentrates on the Warangal bypolls, unlike just for splitting the votes and act against Naidu, the party has a scope for the winning too.
Even YSRCP is in search of the right candidate to contest in the Warangal bypolls. The candidate’s name is expected to be out, at any time. Meanwhile, TDP is making all special arrangements to prove their ability in Telangana. After YSRCP news was out, the TDP leaders have started taking it as a challenge, to win in the elections.
If the fortune supports and YSRCP, wins in the elections, it would not effect TRS much, but would definitely be a tight jolt to TDP, as they are already hurt severely, after losing in the MLC elections in Telangana.
Meanwhile, TRS candidate Pasunuri Dayakar and TDP-BJP candidate NRI Devaiah, already started canvassing for the polls.
Due to the death of Siricilla Rajaiah’s daughter in law in a fire accident this morning, senior Congress leaders are expecting that, a negative influence would be in the public towards the party, and so are in a thought of replacing the candidate. The official declaration, regarding the same, can be expected any time.
