Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were adjourned sine die on Thursday after a 23-day monsoon session. Unproductive session with no business. The mother - Son duo has meted their anger towards the people of country for rejecting their party in the Lok Sabha elections, by stalling the proceedings of both the houses. Who has gained from the washout? Definitely the people of this country are the losers. Even for disrupting the function of the parliament, the members are paid a hefty price. More than Rs 160 crore is paid to these unruly members for not doing business.
Congress and its dynasty leaders are highly frustrated at the good work done by the government and fears further loss for them in the coming days. They are trying to negate their scam tainted governance in which there was no stone left unturned for the leaders to mint money and cause loss to the exchequer.
Now that there is a popular government in place which is aimed at the welfare of the people of this country, congress is worried about the popular slogan of Prime Minister during the election ‘Congress Mukt Bharath’, to become a reality. It is time that the people of this country to take the responsibility to realize the dream of the Prime Minister about ‘Congress Mukt Bharath’ for the welfare of the citizens and prosperity of the country.
While addressing NDA's MPs', the Prime Minister said, "Congress is desperate as it wants power to remain concentrated with one family." He added, "Congress wants to save the family, but BJP wants to save the nation." PM Modi equated Congress' attitude to Emergency days, and said that it wants to save the familly.
HRD Minister Smriti Irani said, "People can see that Congress is a party unable to come into terms with the loss of one family's fortune after 55 years."
The NDA Parliamentary Party has passed a resolution against disruptions by Congress in Parliament, vowing "to expose" Congress before the public in a month-long campaign. NDA MPs' marched from Vijay Chowk to President House as protest to 'Save Democracy'.
