A day after the Telangana budget has been announced, the neighbouring and the other telugu speaking state Andhra Pradesh has made clear about the first full budget after the state has been separated into two. Andhra Pradesh Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu has announced the budget which has been estimated to be Rs 1,13,049 crores for the year 2015-16. A financial dip of Rs 17, 584 crores has been shown in the budget. The budget has been focused mostly on education which has been allotted Rs 14,962 crores. The revenue department has been allotted Rs 14,029 crores.
Yanamala also announced that the government has selected 33,252 acres of land for the construction of state capital and Rs 3,168 crores have been allocated for the construction of the capital. Along with these, special care will be taken on the metro projects constructed in Vijayawada and Vishakapatnam which will take Rs 300 crores. The roads and highway developments will have Rs 2,960 crores for the roads to be developed around the capital initially announced the Finance minister. The Health department has been allotted Rs 5,728 crores and Yanamala Ramakrishnudu announced that this budget has been announced taking everyone into consideration.
