The Andhra Pradesh government has bowed down before the Telangana government over conduction EAMCET and other professional courses entrance Tests. AP Human Resource Development minister Ganta Srinivas Rao has affirmed this update  and will make an official statement later today in Vizag. The Telangana government has been pushing to hold the exams separately but AP government was against this. Earlier in 2014 year, the same issue had delayed the EAMCET and other courses counseling but with High Court mediation, the issue was sort out.

The AP and Telangana Education ministers met couple of times to bring a solution to the issue but ended without a proper decision. So joint Governor of Telugu states, ESL Narasimhan stepped in action to settle the issue at the earliest that could benefit the students of both states. Despite, Governor's intervention, Telangana government said it would want hold the EAMCET and other professional courses entrance Tests separately.

Recently, the Telangana government withdrew its controversial FAST fee reimbursement scheme and this was welcomed by the AP government. Seems like there had an understanding between both the governments.
