Telangana government was criticised by all the opposition parties for its controversial comprehensive household survey and despite all the odds, the government when ahead with the survey and successfully accomplished the task. Now the government is getting ready for another survey and that is comprehensive land survey.

Telangana deputy chief minister Mahmood Ali who participated Ursu celebrations yesterday at Mahabubpeta Darga said that the government is planning for comprehensive land survey in Telangana state. For this the government approximately needs around Rs 600 crores and approached the Central government to sanction sufficient funds for the survey.  However, Telangana government's main intention is to find the out the amount of lands belonging to farmers that were encroached in and around Hyderabad surroundings as the government wants to take back them.

Looks like, TRS government is leaving no stone to get the minute details of Seemandhra people living in Hyderabad and Telangana. How will the oppositions react to this survey is something we have to see.
