Congress leader Kavuri Sambasiva Rao who quit to the ministry post today in the morning spoke to the media for the first time this evening. He blamed union minister Jairam Ramesh for the entire fiasco of Congress party in the Seemandhra region.
“Because of Jairam Ramesh, Congress party lost its credibility in Seemandhra region. He can't win direct elections and attacks other leaders without specific reasons. I have moved away from ex prime minister PV Narasimha Rao for the sake of Sonia Gandhi but without considering our views, Andhra Pradesh was divided which has hurt me a lot,” said Kavuri.
The suspense of Kavuri's future is still in doldrums. He skipped to answer the question when asked about his future political plans and said would take a appropriate decision at right time.
